Testimonials Testimonials James Running Tom has been an outstanding coach, that I have been training with since February 2025. I was focused on improving my running times. Tom possesses extensive knowledge about running and specifically about training effectively for the distances aligned with my goals. He consistently provided training plans and adjusted them based on how I felt about the training. Tom is always reachable, regardless of the issue—whether you need a callback to discuss your concerns in detail, a voice note, or a text message, he is there to support you throughout your journey. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone, whether it's your first experience with a coach or if you are a seasoned athlete. Hannah Triathlete I decided I wanted to do a 70.3, I had only been cycling for 6 month and I struggled to swim over 1km so I found Tom. Tom has been incredible !he has helped me to set realistic goals and a plan that allowed me to balance training, work and being a mum of two kids, pushing me to be my best but also reinforcing the importance of rest days and that actually missing a session because of life is ok. We have regular check ins and adjust the plans depending on how I’m feeling. I completed Swansea 70.3 and I’m already thinking about the next one. I would not have got to the start line without Tom so a massive thank you! Paul Running I can’t thank my Tom enough for helping me not only recover from a hamstring injury but also successfully complete the London Marathon. When I first started working with him, I had already deferred my Marathon from 2024 to 2025 and was unsure I would make it let alone run any sort of distance again due to the lingering injury. However, Tom’s approach was both thoughtful and effective—combining injury rehabilitation with gradual, structured training that built my confidence and strength every step of the way. Tom’s expertise and encouragement were crucial in helping me push through tough moments. If you're looking for a coach who genuinely cares about your success and knows how to get you there safely and effectively, look no further.
